Photographing Boracay Sunset: How to Escape the Crowd

You want that perfect photo of the beautiful Boracay sunset without wading through thousands of heads and limbs? Here’s a ProTip for you. Warning: involves getting wet!

Rent a paddle board, get on it, paddle away as far as you can and voila, perfect shot of the sunset sans the crowd. This means that you will need to use a waterproof camera and tripods are out of the question. It’s not as bad as it sounds though, you can now compose your shot however you want. Also, your closer proximity to the sail boats will make a lovely and romantic photo. Featured here is a photo taken on a paddle board, with a handheld waterproof camera. See, it can work. 🙂
